Survey of modern bankruptcy law emphasizing the creation of debt, procedures for filing, and the ramifications and protections afforded by filing bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as the paralegal’s role in client interviews, information gathering, and filing.
