The Human Resource Management Certificate provides students knowledge needed to work in a human resources capacity. This program prepares students for a variety of positions within a human resources environment and is good preparation for those who wish to sit for one of the highly-respected national SHRM certification exams. Students in this program can join the Edison State chapter of the Society of Business and Human Resource Management, an active student organization.
