Transfer Agreements  

The Programming Certificate provides students with hands-on training in common software applications, hardware connection and configuration, types of operating systems, network installation, programming language and Internet communications. This certificate will give students the skills and knowledge to help people in nearly every field, become more efficient in their day-to-day tasks.♦

Program Outcomes ►
The student will

  1. apply positive ethical standards across various situations and industries;
  2. use effective interpersonal skills to discuss important industry-specific concepts and to interact in diverse team environments;
  3. evaluate and analyze problems and apply the tools of logical problem solving;
  4. demonstrate an ability to build, configure, manage, or troubleshoot programming code using industry-standard tools and techniques; and
  5. demonstrate essential skills for procedural, object-oriented, and event-driven programming.
