As Banking procedures in the world economies become more complex, the future for a two-year college graduate is increasingly promising. Individuals with an education and knowledge-base related to banking, banking regulations, finance and the economy, are highly needed! This program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to advance in career paths that align with their particular interests and abilities in the field of banking. In addition to the specific technical skills related to the banking industry, students will learn skills in other areas such as customer service, marketing, sales fundamentals, finance, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making, communication, accounting and business. Curricula base developed by the American Bankers Association.♦ NOTE The courses listed reflect the minimum requirements for the Associate of Business degree. Following the requirements will ensure that all degree and transfer requirements will be met. Additional courses, or courses with higher credit value, may be taken in order to meet the requirements of the major at the transfer institution.
