VET 125S Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology

4.00 credit hours

Overview of the anatomic structures and physiologic functions of domestic animals, including large animal and avian species. Focus is on multiple body systems, including but not limited to, skeletal system, muscular system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system, endocrine system, urinary system, and reproductive system. Hands-on experience with models, live animals, and/or cadavers will be used. Prerequisite: Department acceptance into the veterinary technology program. Lab Fee: $105 (Additional fees will apply for online, flex and webflex sections.)
