IMD 131S Fundamentals of Graphic Design2.00 credit hours
Introduction to graphic design applications. Emphasis on adjusting images, working with selections, channels, and layers, and restoring black and white photographs using photo editing software. Basic image and illustration creation will be explored using vector graphics editing software. Basic concepts of electronic publishing using appropriate software will conclude the course. Prerequisite or Co-requisite: IMD 111S ; for non-IMD students: CIS 100S or CIS 110S . Lab Fee: $32 (Additional fees will apply for flex and webflex sections.) FALL | SPRING | SUMMER | ONLINE
