Transfer Agreements

The Criminal Justice/Computer Forensics option is a two-year program combining criminal justice with network and computer security. Students will take courses to prepare them to detect illegal network acts and learn how to obtain and ready evidence for prosecution of criminal acts.

The student will

develop proficiency in carrying out the skills required of a criminal justice officer;

examine the tools used for forensics analysis;
utilize the tools for forensics analysis;
analyze and develop processes and procedures to report forensics findings;
demonstrate an understanding of both technical and nontechnical methods used for espionage; and
demonstrate an ability to successfully perform forensics analysis, develop proper reports of the findings and appropriately present the reports.
