Social Media Management Short-Term Technical Certificate

The Social Media Management Short-Term Technical Certificate provides students with the skills to enter a new job field or advance in their current one. Students will learn to develop social media strategies to ensure a positive return on investment for an organization. They will also learn about marketing, branding and selling via social media, as well as how to address customer service and support using social media. Short-Term Technical Certificates consist of three to seven courses that can be completed in a year or less. To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must complete the required courses with a cumulative GPA of “C” or better and complete an application for certificate.
NOTE  Federal Financial Aid is not available for Short-Term Technical Certificate programs, but scholarship assistance may be available.
NOTE  Students pursuing a Short-Term Technical Certificate may need to satisfy course prerequisites which may include placement testing.
