CSC 171S Internetwork Troubleshooting

4.00 credit hours

Prepares students to baseline and troubleshoot a LAN and WAN environment. Students learn to test and identify problems with routers and switches in multiprotocol environments. Topics include Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Token Ring LANs, Serial, Frame Relay, and ISDN BRI WANs. The class is designed to prepare the student to pursue the Cisco CCNP examination. Prerequisite: Grade of 'C' or better in CSC 130S . Co-requisite: CSC 131S  or CCNA certification. Lab Fee: $192
