CSC 131S Wide Area Networking

3.00 credit hours

Provides students with a study of wide area networks (WANs) including advanced IP addressing techniques, network address translation (NAT), port address translation (PAT), dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP), WAN technology and terminology, PPP, frame relay, and network management. Fourth of four courses helping students prepare for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification exam. Prerequisite: Grade of 'C' or better in CSC 130S . Lab Fee: $192
